I have purchased this product "hide my ip" with the added premium service added for 7 dollars a month now i mainly got this software because i use "ventrilo" and "teamspeak" which reveal your real ip so i saw that this software supports hiding your ip so i purchased this so i could do so now it won't connect when proxy is on video posted below.
Please explain the issue.
