Okay, so I just purchased the premium service and whenever I try to connect to a Canadian proxy I get the message that none were found for my selected location. I'm not trying to be a pain, but the advert said that premium service would allow me to use a Canadian proxy and for what I want Hide My IP for, the only proxy I want is a Canadian one. So what am I doing wrong, and how can I connect to a Canadian proxy? Or is the premium service more of a "sometimes, you can use a Canadian proxy"?

I am the same way i love the Canada Premium IP's and this place is the only one that has good And virus free Canada ip's. Sometimes though the Canada ip's are used alot but when you get one you will see that they are very good IP's.
I was stupid and tried other change ip programs and wasted money. This one buy far is the best out there and people here are very kind. Or maybe the Canada ip's are being serviced right know. I have noticed though if you try during the week early morning you can get one and also early Sunday Morning. I use it to watch classic South Park shows and of course The Young & The Restless.

Well, the thing is I am trying to watch a live sporting event (since I moved from Canada I haven't been able to watch my team) - so it's great that I can get a Canadian proxy working early Sunday morning - except that what I want it for doesn't happen on early Sunday morning, what I want it for only happens on Friday nights and Saturday afternoon and evenings. So from my perspective, if they don't work during those times then I've wasted my money since that is the only reason I want Hide My IP. I don't suppose the company is going to address Canadian IPs working during these times any time soon?

What you could do is when you get one just keep hide-my-ip on and that way you can use it when you need it.

So how often are they usually available? For example, I want to use a Canadian proxy server at 2:00pm Central Time today. I've been trying to access one for the past hour or so - so generally how much time in advance will I need to connect to one? I ask because, on Fridays I'm at work all day so when I get home I'll have approximately 2 - 3 hours before I want to use a proxy server. Is that enough time to connect to a Canadian proxy? See my point? Isn't it sort of silly that I need to spend so much time planning ahead just to use a service that actually has a monthly fee?
Eventually finding a Canadian proxy and then just leaving my computer on for the week isn't really an option either.
I do appreciate the suggestion - I'm just very frustrated to purchase the Hide My IP software and the premium service only to end up with it not doing what the website said it would.
