- There are approzimately 100 USA IP addresses available throughout the basic/standard and Premium Service proxy servers
- We don't give speed indications because every single computer and their ISP connection is different
- We don't know if you can fill survey's with the Premium Service without knowing specifically what web sites you're referring to
