I have had nothing but problems with the 2009 upgrade and wish I'd never even purchased it!
The pages won't load and YES, I have already tried the troubleshooting info located in this forum! I have tried about 15 different IP's all to no avail. (including UK, USA, Germany)
Version 2008 works great! I really wish I hadn't wasted my money to upgrade!!!!!!

I am sorry you feel that way its actually a really good service do you have premium service and also i found this post that might help you http://www.hide-my-ip.com/forum/index.php?...&#entry2048 if already checked this post then Doug750 is really good with this situation. I'm sure they will get it resolved.

Your 2009 version settings need to be exactly as described in this post:

If you're still having difficulty with the pages loading, then either:
1. The settings have not been adjusted correctly (don't forget to click "apply" and then "ok" when finished with each tab
2. There is something interfering with HMIP in your computer and you'll need to write to staff@hide-my-ip.com

Also, the 2009 key works with the 2008 version.

I just wanted to come back on and let everyone know that I think I found the problem. I was using Cookie Crumbler and I think I had something ticked that should not have been. The product is excellent and I highly, highly recommend it! I logged into my online banking the other day while I had Hide-My-IP enabled and they actually called me at home to ask me if I allowed another user from a different location login to my account! Soooo, it even hid me from my bank, even tho they claimed they can detect when an IP hider is being used! My only gripe is that sometimes it has trouble finding me a US location, but it's always just a temporary issue and I have to be patient and wait it out. Other than that, kudos!
