When you purchased an "upgrade" to the 2008 version, you were told back then that the software was inconsistent when working with satellite connections; that we would assist you in trying to make it correct.

But, you asked for a refund and were given a refund.

Now, you "upgrade" again, and make this puclic statement on the forum.
You've been refunded.

There are a lot of reasons why the software constantly seeks an IP address and doesn't connect. Most of those reasons have to do with some other software (like an anit-virus program) or another proxy server (if you're in a country that monitors your Internet activity) or if you're behind a corporate (or other) firewall.

On this issue it is best to write to staff@hide-my-ip.com with a full explanation of the problem including information as to where you live (what country) and what, if any, anti-virus programs you may have on your computer. Even at that we'll need more information, but its a good start.

At the time you had written this post, you had not yet received all of the suggestions regarding a resolution on this matter. But after further correspndence, it has been determined that your ISP is blocking our software from accessing the Internet; perhaps by using a proxy server.
