I'm a new customer and I joined Hide My Ip community a couple of days ago. First, I want to personally thank Doug, as he patiently lead me through my attempts to make payment, as I had few difficulties with it. Then, I discovered that the software I use is not supported by Hide My IP and about 12 hours ago I've asked Doug to add it to the compatibility list. I was VERY surprised (of course, in a positive way) when I opened my mailbox and got a message from Doug that my software is now supported by Hide My IP. Just 12 hours and voila! These guys are working even on weekends to please the customers and I'm sure the customers paying back, being loyal to Hide My IP and continue using this service ever, ever and ever
