Today I noticed Houston, TX gone from the drop down menu. Is this permanent?

That may have happened as a result of the maintenance and repairs being done today on the servers.
Houston should be back on your list.

I've was informed by the Level 2 Support Team that Houston is temporarily off line.
They'll let us know when the server will be ready again.
