Hello All,

I was using the software (premium service) just fine and it was performing great. Then the next time I went back to open it and start using it it gave me the attached screen pic. I couldnt open the software. It wouldnt respond. I tried to reinstall many times.

the screen pic I attached here is in Chinese but someone should be able to get some information from it.

please help.

This was not a "catastrophic failure" of HMIP.
Your computer does not have a properly updated file.
The error message is about dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll
