When you receive that error message, it is likely that your OpenSSL is out of date.

You will need to update to the latest version.
You can do so by clicking this link (or copy and paste to your browser address window):

After you have activated the above link, if the installer states:
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable is not installed"
then you will need to install that by clicking this link (or copy and paste to your browser address window):

Correctly installing the application from the first link (or both links, if necessary) should resolve the issue.
