How To Properly Reinstall Software

It is important that these directions be followed as exactly as possible. We realize you may have recently done a reinstall of the software, but in order to assist all of us, we need to know that the reinstall was done in accordance with these instructions in the event you continue to have a problem. Please follow these steps:

1. Completely uninstall all versions of the software from your computer.
2. Delete all saved copies of the software from your hard drive.
3. Reboot (re-start)your computer.
4. Please install or re-install the software *only* from the links provided here and not from any previously saved copies of the software or from a CD ROM:

5. After installing the software copy and paste your unlock key code license.
6. (And very important) Restart your computer BEFORE activating the software.

CAUTION:
- We do not recommend that you save a copy of the uninstalled software to your hard drive. We periodically add updates to the software. Always install the software from our website and not from previously saved copies.
- When installing any software from our links, it is advised to select "Run" when given the choice and not "Save" (applies to IE).
