hi all
i've installed 2009 ;2007and 2008 versions of the program a WEEK ago
i have the message "hide my ip unable to locate an available IP . This is almost likely a temporary problem
, try restarting Hide My IP"
restarting the program didn't solve the problem
and the message appears for the last 6 days
does anyone have any suggestions what the reason of this message is ?
and i'll be grateful

you seem to be saying you installed all 3 versions at the same time.
assuming that is the case, uninstall all versions ( http://www.hide-my-ip.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=980 )
then only install the 2009 version or the version you wish to use.
you may have caused some issues with the software by trying to overlap installs.
if you still have a problem after that msg back and we will attempt to assist you further.

you could also view this post http://www.hide-my-ip.com/forum/index.php?...pic=852
after you only have one version installed.

no this is not my case
i've installed the versions separately
every single version gave me the same error message
since i'm a premium user ;i've submit a ticket support , i was replied that there is no problem with the service
i asked the internet provider here in my country; they replied me with the same response
i tried the versions (separately) on 3 different pc's with and without firewalls\antiviruses ; no change occured
i got out of the network , connect directly to the internet router which is connected to the ISP directly in turn ;it's the same
PLEASE HELP ME ....!!!!!!
