how can i be sure that my 3rd party prog is runin under a proxy? is there anyway i can checked it??

coz in browsing the net it has some delay but in-game(3rd party prog.) it has no delay,,.. ofc i checked the 3rd party program on the settings..

my goal is to protect my account because the previous ip i had was a hot ip they ban accounts using that ip..

so i need to make sure that im really runin under a proxy, coz if im truly runin in a proxy YOUR PROXY IS TOO GOOD..
almost no DELAY..

thats why am worried am i really under a PROXY when am runin the game?
