dough whats the problem with the ip-hider?? every hour i get DC from the game.. my other computer w/o ip-hider is not getting DC while the PC i use runin under ip-hider always get DC every hour.. Exactly every 1 hour..

can you do something about this?

Sounds like their server slows down and causes a disconnect every hour.
Games servers are prone towards this and if they (the game servers) slow down at regular intervals, then something is causing that to happen.

so your telling me its the game servers fault??

but why is that when im not runin iphider, i can play 24hour no DC..

im very sure this of this i played a long time without ip-hider..

It is not a "fault" issue. Your signal is passing through at least 2 servers. Since our servers don't do any type of "re-set" or "cookies re-set", then the explanation lies elsewhere.

If our servers did that, then all gamers would have this issue, regardless of the game they were playing.

Watching live streaming TV (QVC), I can attest to it doing it at :01 past the hour w/ Hide on. But I also found before I ever got Hide, I would get d/c from the imgsrc.ru website every hour and have to re-enter the password every time the hour changed, so I see what Doug means.

i dont get what you said.. so you mean using ip-hider will DC us every HOUR??
im planin to cut subscription, this is realy a waste of money..

they warned me about lags and slow connection ,but they never told me about EVERY HOUR DC..making this hider useless for me.. every hour DC is annoying specially when am trying to play..

What Tyler is saying, I believe, is that he go a D/C dealing with streaming video on the hour when not using HMIP. He was underscoring my previous point that the D/C is most likely caused by a server not under the control of Hide My IP.

We never told you about a D/C "every hour" because it doesn't happen with our system.

The opposite, actually. :-p Using HMIP, I was getting disconnected 1 minute past the hour for the 3 hours I was watching. The video would freeze.

On a separate note, before using HMIP, I'd find myself getting a password screen while viewing IMGSRC.ru albums. I haven't been looking at albums by chance at the start of a new hour to see if it happens _while_ using HMIP.

i always get dc every hour like when i start HMIP at 6:00pm ill get dc at 07:01, then dc again at 08:01, then 09:01

thats constant.. every 1 hour and 1 minute.
